Kardin provides cloud-based budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools for real estate professionals. We have been in the industry since 1996 and have a loyal customer base. We are looking for a developer who can work on our flagship product, the Kardin Portal, and help us deliver the best user experience possible.

As a full-stack developer at Kardin, you will:

• Develop, test, and support features for our SaaS platform using MariaDb, Hibernate, Redis, RabbitMq, Spring Boot, React, Java, REST, and MS Access
• Collaborate with the development, testing, and support teams across the software life cycle
• Manage Jira tickets and document your work using Confluence and Doc360
• Communicate effectively with the remote and distributed team members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in full-stack development using MariaDb, Hibernate, Redis, RabbitMq, Spring Boot, React, Java, REST
• Proficiency in using web development tools and frameworks such as Office 365, IntelliJ, Jira / Confluence, Doc360
• Familiarity with web design principles, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Experience writing VBA applications is a plus.

 

We offer a competitive salary range of $80k-$120k based on your skills and experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes sick and vacation days, public holidays, medical/dental insurance, and 401k. You will work in a full-time position with a typical 40-hour work week. You will have the option to work 100% remotely within the US or in our office space in Snoqualmie WA.
