"Kardin was the best thing that came along in order for us build our cumbersome 2003 budget. The previous year we used Excel to manually budget with, and we had to create all the formulas to order link 85 separate buildings into one consolidated report. It took us over two months to get that budget completed, and it created a lot of stress and overtime. I had heard about Kardin from other colleagues within Jones Lang LaSalle, and decided to use the trial period offered on their website. I was impressed how the team at Kardin jumped right in to help build the Leasing module and Chart of Accounts. They worked on getting our details downloaded from JDE (another big plus is that it interfaces with that system), and they even added with short notice some features to better meet our needs for Multi-building Facility Management. This was all done during the trial period, with no commitment on our part that we were going to purchase it. (The fact that Kardin is very user friendly was a big plus for my staff). After making a presentation to our Client, they were also impressed and we did purchase Kardin, never looking back from that point on. We were able to complete our budget in half the time it took the previous year, and the reports that it prints out are very professional and easy to read.
